FIORI JEWELS offers free shipping to all its customers within the UAE, on all products purchased online with a minimum value of above AED 500 or USD 135.
Product purchased of lower than AED 500 or USD 135 can be collected from our showroom directly by contacting our help desk ([email protected] / +9714-2237356) or we can arrange to deliver/courier the items to you as well . This service comes at a fixed delivery fee of AED 35, Only in UAE.
All international orders will be shipped, with an additional charge, via FedEx International Priority. It varies for different Countries, our customer service department will get in touch with you regarding the shipping charges, once you’ve made your purchase, for most of the major countries shipping charges will be displayed once you confirm the order in checkout option or if you would like to know more prior to purchase. Please note that all International shipments are subject to inspections by the customs authorities of U.A.E and of the relative Port of import. All Billing and Shipping information contained will be provided to the concerned authorities as part of the customs Clearance Procedures.

All deliveries purchased online will be shipped within 5-7 days from the date of Confirmation of full payment, subject to the mode of payment chosen by the customer, and correct delivery address details provided to our Customer Service department.
Please note we work from Saturday to Thursday, 10.00 am to 7.00 pm, excluding UAE public holidays.
For all International Orders Purchased Online and shipped via our courier partners, the Customer is responsible to comply with laws and Regulations for import of the merchandise ordered into the Port of Destination(Country). Any customs fees, import duties, taxes and any custom handling charges will have to be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates at the time of your purchase as the import laws are different for different Countries.
In most cases the courier company, delivering the parcel is advised by the local customs authority about the taxes or import duties, if any. The local office of the Courier company will then contact you to update the same. If you are tracking the order online the message on the tracking of the airwaybill will mention “Held in Customs – Awaiting Duty and Tax Payment”.
