Return/Exchange Policy

  • As per our policy, you can return product for exchange with in 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused to be eligible for return.
  • Jewellery can only be exchanged only once as per our Exchange policy.
  • Custom made Jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Diamond jewellery can only be exchange or upgraded with diamond jewellery or with Fiori gift vouchers and not with gold.
  • Products that are resized, damaged, worn, altered or scratched will not be eligible for exchange or upgrade.
  • Proof of purchase of diamond jewellery should be submitted while requesting exchange or upgrade.
  • As per our policy, we do not provide cash refunds for any product purchased online or in store or on any custom made.
  • Send an email to our customer care at contact@fiorijewels.com or make a call to our customer care helpline number. Do mention your purchase reference number and reason for the return.
  • Based on the Email request and other information, if your return is as per our return policy and terms and conditions, we will fill the return request form on your behalf.
  • Upon receipt of your product, we will send it for inspection After getting the necessary approval on the return request form, we will mail you a copy of approved/rejected return form.
  • If the product is not in acceptable condition, we will return the item back to you within 3 days from the date of non-acceptance.
  • Please ship your product to Fiori Jewels Fzco. Office 127 building 5, Gold and Diamond Park, Sheikh Zayed road. P.O. Box- 65129.
  • Customer will be responsible for its shipping cost for the return product.
  • Fiori Jewels will arrange the pickup of the product which you want to return/exchange with the help of our shipping partner.
